Kale Chips

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1-2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika, optional

Wash kale well, then strip kale from the hard center stem and chop/tear into 1/2 inch pieces. Dry the kale well using a salad spinner or other method. Place the kale in a large bowl and drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt. With clean hands, massage the oil into the kale. Place kale on a parchment-paper lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes (checking frequently because kale burns easily) or until kale is dark green and crispy.
