Cool and refreshing, this mint tea is a perfect treat for a hot summer afternoon!
- 1 quart water
- 1 bunch of mint, about 10-15 stalks, washed
In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and place the mint into the water to make a mint concentrate. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes, then remove mint leaves and discard. Sweeten the concentrate with 1/4 cup sugar if desired. Fill a 2-quart pitcher half-full with ice, then add the cooled mint concentrate. Enjoy!
