Simple Roasted Broccoli or Cauliflower

Roasting broccoli or cauliflower allows the vegetable to retain its fresh taste while adding a whole new savory dimension.

  • 1 head of broccoli or cauliflower
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut broccoli or cauliflower into medium-sized florets, toss with olive oil and salt. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the broccoli on it. Place in preheated oven and roast for 12-15 minutes or until done.
